Against his victims, his eye-like feathers can make illusions and send his enemies into an alternate 'dream world',
while their physical bodies are still in the physical world. Portraying their worst fears and nightmares consuming them.
Izaac actually has no ability to see what his victims are afraid of, only the ability to cause others painful illusions.
This power takes a lot of energy for Izaac and he doesn't use it often. Only when totally necessary.
He can levitate with the help of the 'dream sprites' that form from people's sleep.
